Single-ended, L-type bent stainless steel cartridge heater with high watt density. Built with high-purity MgO insulation and Ni-Cr resistance wire, it heats up fast, delivers uniform surface loading and long service life. All high-temperature fiberglass leads exit from one end for compact installation. Widely used for molds, die-casting, oil/water/liquid and air heating. Custom dimensions, voltage and wattage available.
This single-ended high-power cartridge heater (also called single-end heating tube) is sheathed in premium stainless steel (SUS304 / SUS321 / Incoloy 800, selectable by working condition). Inside, high-purity magnesium oxide powder insulates and conducts heat around a high-resistance Ni-Cr alloy heating coil. After repeated compaction (swaging), the tube achieves excellent heat transfer, fast thermal response and even surface watt loading.
All leads exit from a single end, with the lead end pre-bent into an L-shape (90°), while the opposite end is fully sealed. This makes the heater extremely compact and ideal for deep mounting holes, confined spaces, and side-exit wiring where a conventional double-ended heater cannot fit. The leads are high-temperature fiberglass braided wires (rated 400–500℃), with optional metal conduit, ceramic beads or silicone sleeves for strain relief and heat shielding.
Compared with standard double-ended tubular heaters, this single-ended design supports much higher watt density, faster heat-up, higher thermal efficiency and a longer working life. Typical applications include injection molds, hot runners, hot plates, packaging and sealing machines, medical equipment, ovens, oil and water tanks, small liquid reservoirs and industrial air-heating systems.
Customization: tube diameter (φ6–φ22 mm), heated length, bend direction, voltage (12–440 V), wattage (50 W–5 kW), lead length, terminal type (screw / tab / bare lead), and mounting options (flange, thread fixing, retaining bracket). Drawings or specs are welcome for quote.
