Square-flange immersion heater purpose-built for mold temperature controllers, water-type and oil-type mold temperature machines. U-shaped stainless steel tubular elements welded to a square SS flange, with ceramic insulators and stud terminals, directly heating circulating water or thermal oil. Fast heat-up, high efficiency, sealed and easy to service. Voltage, wattage, flange size and tube length customizable per machine model.
This mold temperature controller heater is designed for the circulating heating system of injection-molding mold temperature machines (water-type and oil-type units). Several U-shaped stainless steel tubular elements are TIG-welded to a square stainless steel flange, forming one integrated assembly that is inserted directly into the machine’s water or oil tank to heat the circulating medium.
The sheath is SUS304 (standard for water units) or SUS316L / Incoloy 800 (for high-temperature oil units, up to 750℃). Inside, high-purity MgO packs a Ni-Cr resistance coil; after swaging, heat transfer is fast, dielectric strength is high and surface watt loading is even, preventing local overheating and scaling.
The terminal side uses high-temperature ceramic insulators and M6/M8 metal studs for clean, reliable wiring. The square flange has 4 pre-drilled bolt holes; with a high-temp silicone or FKM gasket it achieves pressure-rated sealing and can directly replace OEM heaters from most water/oil mold temperature controllers on the market.
Typical uses: injection mold temperature controllers, water-type units (≤120℃), high-temp water units (≤180℃), oil-type units (≤300℃/350℃), die-casting mold temperature controllers, rubber-machine thermal-oil loops, and any other equipment requiring circulating water or thermal-oil heating.
