This flange immersion heater is built by welding several U-shaped (or W-shaped) tubular heating elements to a circular steel flange, forming a one-piece immersion heating assembly. The sheath is available in SUS304 / SUS321 / SUS316L stainless steel or Incoloy 800/840 high-temperature alloy. Inside, high-purity MgO insulation packs a Ni-Cr resistance coil; after swaging, the heater delivers excellent heat transfer, high dielectric strength and long service life.
The terminal side uses high-temperature ceramic insulators and metal stud terminals (M6/M8/M10) for clear, easy wiring. A stainless steel terminal box (waterproof or explosion-proof Ex-rated) is optional for outdoor, humid or hazardous-area applications. The flange is drilled to customer standards (GB, ANSI B16.5, DIN, JIS) and pressure ratings (PN6 / PN10 / PN16 etc.); combined with a sealing gasket, it achieves vessel-grade sealing and can be quickly removed for maintenance.
Typical applications include water, thermal oil, heavy diesel, heavy fuel oil, dilute acids/alkalis, as well as low-velocity air/gas heating and tracing: hot-water boilers, solar auxiliary heating, rinse tanks, industrial oil storage tanks, reaction kettles, mold-temperature controllers, die-casting oil heaters, HVAC water loops and large-equipment heat tracing.
Customization: flange size (DN50–DN300 or per drawing), tube diameter (φ8–φ16 mm), heated length and layout, voltage (220 V / 380 V / 440 V), total wattage (3 kW up to 150 kW+), sheath material, terminal box type (standard / waterproof / explosion-proof), and optional PT100 / Type-J thermocouple with control panel.
